Shipping & Delivery
Products must be eligible for delivery inside the UK (including the Channel Islands).
Delivery will be by a variety of methods depending on the weight and size of the order, and service requested.
Delivery outside the UK is classed as International Deliveries.
Delivery normally takes 3-5 working days to UK customers.
If the order is placed before 3pm Monday to Friday (not including Public Holidays) and the item is in stock, it will be sent out the same day.
If the order is placed after 3pm Monday to Friday (not including Public Holidays) and the item is in stock, it will be sent out on the next available weekday.
If you have not received your order, but your order history states that is has been despatched, it usually takes 3-5 working days for a UK order to be delivered, if it has taken longer than this and you believe it may have been lost in transit, please email us with your order number, explaining the problem. We may need to wait up to 21 days before being able to investigate the matter, but we will respond as soon as we know any information.
Delivery is to one UK address. If a delivery is required to more than one UK address, more than one order will need to be placed.
We cannot be held responsible for any delays or lost packages if an incorrect or incomplete address is supplied.
We cannot be held responsible for tracking orders, and it is your responsibility to inform us if your order has not arrived.
Please ensure there is someone available to sign for the delivery. We cannot be held responsible for goods that are delivered and signed for at the delivery adress and then subsequently lost.
Once the delivery service process has begun, you will not be able to change or cancel any contract with us for additional services carried out.

The product range, prices and any special offers are subject to availability and are subject to change. Any changes that take place will be done so before your order is accepted and you will be notified accordingly. An alternative may be offered should a product become unavailable. However, if you prefer not to agree to the alternative being supplied and have already received the product, once you have advised us, you will not be charged for the postage to return the item - see our Returns Policy.
